 Aim: To write a pitch to pitch my music video to the class. 

 Reflection: I have written a pitch for my music video  and included information on my music video and ancillary tasks (digi pak and magazine advert) and how each one will apply to the headings. Genre and target audience were the two headings that I had research most into at the moment.

This is a presentation about the codes and conventions of rock music videos. I have researched stereotypes, camera work, costume, props, hair and makeup, lighting, location and mise en scene. As I have decided that I my final products will be in the rock genre this will help me a lot. I have found out that is commonly found in rock music videos and what is sometimes found, this will help me to make sure that my final products are part of the genre but unique. To attract my target audience my precast have to stand out and be different, by doing this research it has outlined where they can be different, to appeal to both my primary and secondary target audience.
